Dennis Hill hit a home run for Pomaikai in the opener, and Jessie Kaawaloa homered and Charlie Kaleo went 4 for 4 in the second game.

David Irvine had three hits in Game 2 to help the Kona Drysdales earn the split, despite another home run from Hocson and blast from Jerry Ashburn.
